Cancellation & Refunds

Plain terms. The Living Vine is a membership that renews every 3 months — you can cancel any time, and if something goes wrong on our end we will make it right. The sections below spell out the details.

The general rule

If you are unhappy, ask. We would much rather lose a payment than make somebody feel trapped in a service that is not serving them. You can cancel any time, and we resolve genuine problems by refunding rather than arguing about it.

Your membership

Membership is $19.99 every 3 months and renews automatically so your seasonal prayer and your place in the community keep coming. You can cancel any time— one click in your account or one email — and you will not be charged again. After cancelling, your access continues to the end of the quarter you have already paid for; we do not pro-rate or refund the unused part of a quarter.

If your first prayer hasn’t arrived yet, or something went wrong on our end, write to us and we’ll refund that charge in full. And if a renewal caught you by surprise — you meant to cancel and didn’t — email us within 14 daysof the charge and we’ll refund it. You keep every prayer already written for you.

How to ask for a refund

One email to support@livingvinesanctuary.com with “Refund” in the subject line is enough. You do not have to give a reason. If you want to tell us what went wrong we are grateful for that, but it is never a condition.

We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday. Once approved, the refund is processed through PayPal and lands back in your PayPal account or on your original card within about five business days, depending on your bank.

What we will not do

  • Put you through a retention page that tries to argue you out of it.
  • Make you call a phone number to cancel or to request a refund.
  • Hold a refund hostage to a survey, a discount offer, or any other “wait, before you go“ flow.
  • Charge a restocking fee, a processing fee, or any other subtraction from the refund amount.

Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, please write to us first — chargebacks are slow and stressful for everyone, and we can almost always resolve a refund faster directly than your bank can. We will not retaliate or close your account for filing one, but a direct request will get you your money back quicker.
